Adhering to the spirit of “giving back to society for mutual betterment,” GOOD YOUNG Company has actively supported the Food Taipei 2023 “Love Without Boundaries” initiative of the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) by donating supplies to JingTong Elementary School, located in the Pingxi mountainous region. JingTong Elementary is among the remote schools listed in the Ministry of Education’s Sustainable Campus Promotion Project. GOOD YOUNG donated children’s favorite Casa World Cup Milk Tea series and herbal tea series made from herbs locally grown in Taiwan, offering the rural students both happiness and invigoration.
On the morning of June 28th (Wednesday), TAITRA hosted a gratitude celebration and donation appreciation ceremony at JingTong Elementary School. The event was presided over by Deputy Secretary-General Li Hui-Ling of TAITRA. The council expressed its appreciation for the generous donations from various industry vendors attending Taiwan’s professional exhibition and awarded certificates of gratitude to GOOD YOUNG Company and other vendors.
Deputy Secretary-General Li stated that TAITRA is firmly committed to advancing corporate ESG. Apart from integrating diverse ESG elements into international professional exhibitions, this year, they have for the first time ventured outside the exhibition space, bringing the “Taiwan International Professional Exhibition Enters Rural Schools (TTS ESG GO!)” charity event to JingTong Elementary School. GOOD YOUNG’s dedication to promoting ESG is unwavering. Not only is the company Taiwan’s first “International Rainforest Certified” tea and herb planting and manufacturing business, but it has also consistently supported the ESG GO series of events organized by TAITRA for many years.
